Made The Lovely Husband some Snickers Balls!
I combined the following:
½ cup peanut flour
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
¼ cup dark choc chips
1/8 cup ground chia/flax/hemp mix
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Pinch sea salt
Water to mix
Then rolled into balls and drizzled with melted dark chocolate.
I keep them in the freezer and they’re delicious eaten straight from it-no need to defrost.
